Aadhar Card, PAN Card, a Graduation/Post Graduation degree/marksheet, and passport-sized photographs are essential for the enrollment of a candidate.
The minimum stipend for the internship is ₹5,000 per month. As for the non-internship role, it may vary depending on the company you have been placed at. Also, there is no cap on the incentive after the training period. The average stipend will range from ₹1.8 LPA – ₹3 LPA. Also, there is an opportunity to earn unlimited incentives after the training period.
During the first 3 weeks, you can devote 1-1.5 hours daily to watch recorded lessons and attempt the quiz assessments at your own pace, with an additional 1-hour live session every week (mandatory to attend). As for on-the-job training (after 3 weeks), you have to come to our Gurugram HQ (Mon-Sat, 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.) and also visit client sites from time to time.
BASIC Academy’s on-the-job training is affiliated with BASIC Home Loan, which includes agent onboarding, loan file management, interacting with existing agents, connecting with banking partners, and follow-ups & coordination.
